Nokia 7100 Supernova and LG KS360 Blue- Depiction of powerful features



Nokia and LG are two magnets which have been attracting mobile phone users in masses but the two companies are poles apart in terms of competing in the mobile phone markets. Nokia mobile phones have great battery backup which incorporate technology but not necessarily good looking. On the other hand LG mobile phones are known for their high-end specifications and looks. Lets look at the specifications of both the handsets and judge the winner in this competition of Nokia 7100 Supernova versus LG KS360.

The Nokia 7100 Supernova is a slide opening phone which weighs 103.5 grams and stores within it 8 MB storage capacity, while the LG KS360 Blue weighs 108 grams and supports a memory storage of 14 MB which is expandable up to 4 GB with the help of microSD card. The 2.4 inches screen displaying 262 million colors is a much talked about feature of the LG KS360 Blue than the 2 inches, 65 million colour display of the Nokia 7100 Supernova.

The LG GS360 Blue provides better interface in terms of Internet access on its HTML/XHTML WAP browser supported by tri band technology which has increased coverage, however the Nokia 7100 Supernova has a WAP opera mini browser limited to dual band technology with coverage for GSM 900/1800.

The LG gadget is Facebook, MySpace, Bebo compatible which are popular social networking sites and the Nokia gadget does not have any such compatibility. To talk about strength of battery the Nokia 7100 Supernova has a better performance providing 8 hours of talk time, LG KS360 Blue provides 5 hours of talk time and 550 hours of standby time.

The camera feature is stronger in the LG mobile phone having 2 mega pixel camera backed by fixed focus, photo setting, video records/player/settings and picture wallpaper, with clear viewing on its large screen. The camera in the Nokia handset is not that powerful and well featured. Being a 1.3 mega pixel camera it does not have as many features as the LG handset has. It is backed with a dedicated camera key, enabled with landscape or portrait capture mode.

Another attractive feature in the LG KS360 Blue is the SMS, MMS, instant messaging features which allow users to chat online, send emoticons depicting pictures. The 7100 Supernova on the other hand is powered with IMAP, TCP, POP3 & SMTP for email services which allow one creating emails with ease.

The 7100 Supernova has a music player supporting MP3, AAC, Midi, WAV and AMR music formats, along with FM Radio and the KS360 Blue has music player supporting MP3, AAC, AAC+ and eAAC+ formats and the users can also transfer music tracks which are favourite of users.

Every gadget is determined by the features it stores and in the race of Nokia 7100 Supernova versus LG KS360 Blue both are found to be scoring high as they both have unique features. Both blend their technology well enough to suit the users' need and at no case can disappoint any user.
