Eraser Tool of Flash Helps You Erase the ‘Unwanted’

If you are one who always plays with flash site design, you will easily understand the importance and advantage of Flash in designing. Yeah, Adobe Flash has absolutely taken designing to its next level. With multiple features included in it, flash web designers are now squeezing juice out of it for all designing works. Flash cs3 designers are also using every bit of this feature-rich software in the most result-giving manner possible.

Eraser Tool of Flash is a very useful function that helps a flash web designer in erasing shapes. Compared to standard eraser tools in most of the designing programs, Flash’s Eraser Tool is a little different. Just by using the brush options dropdown at the bottom of the tool panel, you can easily control the shape and size of the Eraser Tool.

The Eraser Tool of Flash is mostly used to erase whatever you have already drawn. Using the tool options, you can fine-tune any designs as well. There are five options that the Eraser Tool offers:

Erase Normal: By using this option, you can erase any fill or stroke color. All you need to do is to move the eraser over the targeted fill or stroke.

Erase Fills: Without harming anything to stroke color, this option helps you erase fill color of objects.

Erase Lines: It erases only line colors (strokes) without bringing any changes to fills.

Erase Selected Fills: This option helps you in erasing items with fills that are selected.

Erase Inside: It only erases inside color of an object in which erasing had been started initially.

There comes one more utility function in Flash called Faucet tool that washes the color out of a fill or stroke. Thus, using this option, whole areas of similar color can be obliterated.

Design a Flash-enabled drawing and see if it fits into your requirements. If not, Eraser Tool of Flash is there to help you out in the process of erasing the unnecessary fills or strokes.
